I had a delightful experience staying at this hotel. The area was blissfully calm and serene. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The amenities provided were top-notch including self-serve laundry, well-equipped room amenities with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. It was comforting to see that free toiletries and cookware/ kitchen utensils were also provided.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Lovely room, great check-in and staff. Excellent location on a beautiful high street. Great staff, accommodating and attentive. Well-appointed rooms, clean and quiet.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a quiet area close to the tube. The location was convenient, with easy access to the underground station and various bus routes. Just steps outside the hotel, there were numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars, as well as supermarkets. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the room itself was very spacious, allowing me to comfortably move around with my luggage. The hotel facilities were great, with a fully equipped pantry in the room, making it feel like a studio apartment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, meeting all of my needs in a professional manner.

The hotel had a great gym and the rooms were thoughtfully designed with a kitchenette. The location was convenient for commuting.
The check-in and check-out process was confusing and inconsistent.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is near Turnham Green tube station, making it easy to commute into Central London. The hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and cafes just a stone's throw away. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with well-equipped kitchenettes for longer stays. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and going above and beyond to make guests feel at home.
The air-conditioning in the rooms could be improved, as it tends to shut off before the room gets cool, which can be uncomfortable during warmer nights.
